Healthy Thoughts Counseling provides individuals and couples with supportive
communicative skills to enrich their relationships. NOT all couples enter therapy when their
relationship is struggling, though that is often the reason they initially seek the help of a
professional.
I help couples reconnect with positive communication. Often the unique qualities that first drew
you together have become lost over time, stress, or changes in your family, a professional
counselor can help you learn to begin walking that life path together once again.
In some cases one of the couples may prefer to initiate a few counseling sessions independent of
their partner/spouse, this helps to clarify some of their needs, fears, disappointments, or overall
need to determine if this counselor is the best fit for their needs, we encourage this approach.
Are you on Medicaid? You may qualify for a reduced rate. At Healthy Thoughts Counseling,
I offer a sliding scale fee for Marital and Family Counseling.
Please call our office to find out if you qualify, call 360-695-0430.
